He sold 10m unlisted options at .002 that he got for free as part of the .01 rights issue in 2014.
So if whoever bought them has a buy price of around .017, if they converted the options which would be a given imo.
Maybe sold to a friend/ associate/ family member or just to someone who had $147k spare to exercise the options before the end of the year.
