Well this meeting on the 31 January is going to get pretty hectic for the GTG board. I've just completed my research on the shareholders identified on the 249D notice, here is a run down of individuals behind the list. Antanas Guogas and Ugnius simelionis are heavy hitter poker players, by heavy, I mean of the Lithuathian variety, that have financial reaches throughout the World poker industry , far, far more than will ever be revealed publicly.

SH Rayburn Nominees director is  Howard Rabinowitz, Melbourne developer, last seen as a substantial shareholder of Merlin Diamonds, taking the game up to Joe Gutnick to boot him off the board.

Security and Equity resources limited. Well that appears to be a delisted entity, but regardless, seems to lead to Audio Pixel director, Ian Dennis, who has been known to dabble in Biotech, serious connection right there.

You getting the drift, strong Melbourne push, Strong links to Jewish business community , with a spattering of lithuathian poker players to negotiate with the old board. Would I love to be at that meeting, if these guys pull it off, anything could happen.
