Personal experience leads me to believe that the International stature and competence to drive and pull off deals may be more directly found in industry consultants. Armed with independent validation within Batteries, and Diagnostics, these consultants, in turn may operate efficiently within their region of Europe, America's Asia, but let's focus our energy on getting one up now.
