I said before Christmas that I didn’t feel an announcement in the current quarter. I believed back then that two to three weeks into the new year and with JB in drc meeting with Paragon yesterday you have to feel we are close. Interesting trading lately both early and late in the day with a few still acquiring. I’ve picked up another parcel shares yesterday and anothe today and will continue to do so at these prices until the announcement. IMO downside = 6 cents / upside 20 - 25 cents so extremely enticing.
