Here's one for BMG watchers. They finally announced an acquisition - kind of. They picked up four polymetallic projects including gold in Bulgaria. But the terms have not been disclosed and BMG will remain in suspension until formal agreements are finalised.
It looks like the vendor is Canadian explorer Euromax Resources which is listed on TSX. They have a market cap around C$40-45m. Their current focus is a copper/gold project in Macedonia.
They seem to have done a massive amount of survey work, sampling and drilling but I get the idea the projects were already winding down in late 2013. Now they have decided to flip them to BMG.
I'm not sure why they would be of more value in BMG's hands if Euromax saw no merit. Anyway, I'm hoping this development will get a positive reaction from the market and we'll see a spike in SP and liquidity when trade resumes.
