Hostile spill it may be but with only 5% voting rights and no major shareholders apart from Renaissance....they’re leaving to retail punters to get them over the line?
There must be something going on in the background....there’s been no visible campaign from the consortium to retail holders....where is the pitch?
Assuming Renaissance vote YES, they still need another 40%.
