G'day TF, nice to have you back. I understand that Ray is "all over that". But, it's all about NT and Victoria by the look of it and Icon's is in Queensland and just waiting to complete Stage 2.
But, Icon has highly prospective stuff in Victoria, but, can't even drill there. So how can they satisfy the fundamental conditions that apply when the Minister says "The GAP will provide up to $6 million for each project that demonstrates proven prospects of bringing significant new gas volumes to target markets by mid-2020."

What the hell does that mean? $6 million won't even get the equipment on site. And Victoria has a moratorium on drilling!! It's a chicken and egg thing, they also need stacks more dough than that to get to a "proven prospect of bringing significant new gas volumes to target markets by mid 2020" What a lot of political bullshit and they should be called out.
Let them get real and put up $50 to $100 million for each one. Let them include all states. Let them FORCE Victoria to allow drilling!! Oh yeah!!

But, I'm absolutely certain that Ray would take any dollars that he can get from government but without doubt he wouldn't be relying on that chicken feed for what Icon needs, financially strong investors, who, unlike this government, are fair dinkum about bringing significant new gas volumes to target markets (and ironically, they would probably be overseas ones!!)
