The biggest safe guard for ARL investors is, if CLQ do annouce they are proceeding, ARL sp will probably intially increase on thoughts of takeover and talk of ARL project will proceed. Thats despite the reality that the production wind has been taken out of its sails.
CLQ has this water technogy that they cleverly promote upfront in their announcements. Plus the purchase of these autoclaves really gives the impression that their the ones to go with from a Korean battery manufacturers pov.
