Agreed.. this does on the surface look dodgy - but my thoughts are that there is/has been sooo much said in the past few weeks/months - I would struggle to believe that tl would issue these shares on the morning of the vote- and they be "allowed" to vote - period..!!

that in my opinion is one step too far,,, for either party.

But i don't know.. i didn't issue the shares, nor did i buy them.. and i didn't vote them..!!

Looks like about half the registry voted.
