Notice to QBL Forum Members, page-6

Hi guys....very happy to be back posting again, even though in a slightly different manner than before. I hope this service will be appreciated by forum members and I also appreciate that there will be a mixture of responses. I am prepared for the responses, the questions and suspicions. This is to be expected.

I am sorry that I have been absent for some time. Please understand that this offer came as a surprise to me after the bad reception in here last year, but I am confident of being able to conduct myself in a proper manner in this forum and help everyone with getting some accurate information. I have had to talk to many people and advisors as well as understanding my own holding position for my shares. I had to investigate when I can and cant trade shares. It was not just an easy "Yes I will do the job" role. That is why you do not see many company representatives on Hot Copper Forums.

In my roles as a Q & A advisor there are some do's and dont's.

Here are my 3 restrictions: I cannot answer questions or make comments on the following:

* I cannot post charts or give sentiment advice
* I cannot answer questions relating to current or future share pricing.
* I cannot answer questions that have a time element involved i.e. Dates, Financial ANN's releases, names of new partners in negotiation, JV deals that have not been signed or are up upcoming. These are called Market Sensitive Announcements and are covered by the ASX Listing Rule 3.1 for continual disclosures, as they may have a material impact on the share price.

But there are many things I can help you all with, including getting clarification on issues.

I would have liked to come on earlier but it was suggested that I wait until the sentiment and discussion topics balanced out a little more towards neutral. I am sorry to see that there are still some difficulties today but I requested to come back now.

I will address some immediate topics/clarifications like the Social Media Banner, QBL's media strategy etc in the first of my new posts which will be added to this thread over the coming days.

If I can encourage you to hang in there with this. It is a new service for this forum and allowed under Rule 10 of the HotCopper Help Guidelines. In the long term we hope that many will come to see this as a positive service to get accurate information into the forum. Hot Copper will closely monitor my posts.

Guys I will continue to follow my etiquette rules. I will not respond to trolling, flaming or baiting comments or negative comments about me personally. I believe that a forum should have good robust discussion allowing both sides of the story to be considered. I will not put any members on ignore.

QBL'ers this is social experiment. You guys, in the end, decide if you want it or not. QBL is happy to support this service as long as the forum feels that it can be of benefit to the group.

Note: I cannot show favour towards any sentiment position. My sentiment will be NONE with Position HOLD. My share movements are explained in my notice.
