Each eligible shareholder may apply for up at $5,000 of shares at $0.36 per share, together
with a free attaching option on a 1:4 basis. The SPP is proposed to be comprised of issue of
1,900,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.36 per share with 475,000 free attaching options
(each exercisable at $0.20, on or before 31 December 2020) on a 1:4 basis of each fully paid
ordinary share subscribed, to raise $684,000 (before costs). The share issue price and
option entitlement under the SPP is identical to the Placement.
