The CEO had 44,3333,333 performance shares converted to ordinary shares (2 Oct 2017). I think that would be approximately $10.9m at the time they vested. He would have to pay tax on them as they are considered to be income for tax purposes at the time they vest. If the tax rate is 37% then approximately $4m in tax.
