Thanks for your informed posts! My question on this one "is Front-End Engineering = Development Plan"? In other words can the JV not submit a development plan before FEE is completed? I'm not knowledgeable on what is required first.
And my memory is that Cath has indicated a "exploitation plan" will be summitted to the government by around mid year. That's not FEE and its not FID. The JV already has a development design so the exploitation plan will be more about which areas get developed first etc?
