It was under-priced when SP went down to 2.5 after the announcement of $170mn contract and other contract initiatives. SP was also driven down by bots, where a lot of inpatient investors start selling their shares by allowing big investors to sweep the floor. Now is time to go next floor, which is 3$ and above.
