A MOU is NOT a binding agreement – literally it is just recording an understanding. In this case the broad nature of the proposed licence agreement which is yet to be negotiated in detail, let alone signed. I’m sure it will be though.

I suggest you take a reality check about quite who is benefitting from whose experience. The whole point of the licence agreement is for Cougar to use Ergo’s technology!
We are NOT told that an EXCLUSIVE licence is under discussion – and friend or not it would be a very strange thing if Ergo were to offer to such terms at a price Cougar could meet. I feel quite safe in offering to eat a hat if Cougar negotiate an exclusive Aussie licence, let alone an exclusive Aussie, UK, Pakistan,... licence.
