As @Tibbs has mentioned above, very flat time across the resources board, esp spec end.
These are the times where smart traders get the entry or average they are looking for on good selected potential stocks. PIO is a good example here. Low and slow over the years and finally some good projects beginning to mature well.
Will begin with Cs, but Li is the white whale here.
