RiskA, in my own situation my industry has been flogged and i now earn the same now as i did in 1988, the company has all the power and has pushed comditions down to a point where it cant keep aussies in the job as the pay for the work is terrible, so what does the company do? they cry skill shortage and bring in chinese, how is that sharing wealth.
