    It can be reported. And if there was anything dodgy going on, the asx would suspend trading of the shares and everyone would lose. There is no justice for the little guy.

    Edit: AZZ was an example. Remember someone on the forums admitting that they had reported to ASIC. Shares have been suspended a long time. That poster wasn't popular.
