Don’t misconstrue me though. I believe the tech is a great money maker once it really tskes off. It is the lack of shareholder interaction and secrecy which is what I dislike.
My old man when I worked in his mortgage broking business used to say - every day, we will contact the banks and get an update on every file, even if there is no update to be received by the bank. We will then contact each client to ensure they are up to date on its progress. Why? So we don’t receive 400 emails and 37 phone calls from clients like every single other broker in town.
Take care of those who need taking care of - the customers and the shareholders.
