The supply side will continue to increase in cobalt also.... Just depends on whether you believe demand will outstrip that additional supply (which I do for both cobalt/lithium). They won't perpetually continue to make new highs but the price will hold up IMO.

Car manufacturers are continuing to exceed analyst's expectations with the capital they are allocating to electric vehicles. Ford basically doubling their investment commitment days ago etc. Some investment banks are very reactionary to this, particularly those who only just started covering the commodity itself.... I've seen this many times as I worked for them myself for years.
