I wonder why you, and others on the board, are currently thinking of a delisting price of apx. A$ 5.5?
Let's for argument sake assume that during AGM TZL will announce some new orders for 2008 - 2009 having a net income value of A$1 - A$2.
If we would have that announcement, in combination with the NASDAQ listing announcement, don't you agree that this would, on top of the already known orders, result in a SP on ASX of higher than A$5.5 by the end of the AGM day?
Now let’s assume again that TZL will make between A$1 = US$ 0.87 and A$2 = US$ 1,74.
Let's assume again that the average multiplier for stocks like TZL on the NASDAQ is 10x (More likely 15X-20X) but let's not hype but do math. Don't you agree that this would result in a SP of between US$ 8.7 - US$ 17......
Not to think if we do the same math with the higher multiplier or a higher EPS as TZL might be signing up more contracts than we all expect.
My feeling is that we will have a way better view of the TZL future after the AGM.
