Didn’t see the article but reading through all their Anns and the gsw forums it does appear as if the company has been reporting “potential revenue” not actual. I think a lot of people got caught by surprise because all they see is massive, rising transaction numbers but revenue is not keeping up in sync.
That’s why I like that CL8 has a policy to only report on actual achievements. Not hype it up. That’s how serious businesses are made. And the cowboy behaviour over at gsw hasn’t helped.
