Where does it say this? I only see references to developing details of the project plans over the next few months where it says:
"Over the next few months, PolyNovo and Establishment Labs have agreed to develop the detail of the project plans for next generation devices specific to breast aesthetics and reconstruction. These plans will provide a roadmap that establishes the development milestones for the delivery of commercial-ready devices." (Bold is my emphasis).


I agree with others who have said they would expect this to be preceded by the contract signing.
