This is how Math Works. Lower Value always remain the base.
.. So when a share drop from 83 to 3 cents
i.e. (83-4)/4 = 1975% Loss
..
Let me make your life more Simple : If a share jumps from 4 cents to 8 cents i.e. 100% gain means you have doubled your value.
