Problem here is the changing rules. We were all set to go when the Tanzanians muddied the water. The Tanzanian government has shot themselves in the foot. They needed a better deal for the resources they own, which I agree with, but went about it the wrong way. The extended delays makes everyone nervous and the Chinese are the most nervous of all. Everybody wins when this goes ahead and that's the key to this projects success. The Chinese will meet, and the deal will go ahead IMO, and everyone including shareholders will will win. Be patient, those with weak hands will regret in time. Just wish I had spare cash.... All just an opinion
