I dont think there is anything sinister about the DKR conversions. DKR would be very mindful that TZL may redeem the notes from April 08 onwards. It appears they want to lock in profits now and thus eliminate TZL having the ability to pull the rug from under their feet in April.
Its good that they are selling because it does give the broader market some liquidity to take a position in TZL. As long as management deliver, these daily price fluctuations are irrelevant.
