    Hi Donedeal.

    Please read the Announcement. It said Tidfore has responsibility to build the Port and the other Chinese company to build the Rail. Looks like SDL have helped The Cameroon Government to maybe fund the Port and Rail Infrastructure, or maybe take back the funding and building of The Port and Rail.
