    Looks like sensationalist reporting the guy is a member of the European parliament . read the annual report he is not a director www.asxreports.com.au/serl/images/serl_ar17_web.pdf . Probably just trying to make a buck like the rest of us looks like they think they have enough investor support according to that article . look at volumes on Nasdaq all the stock has been turned over in the last few weeks so my guess is these guys connections have loaded up
