I, for one, wonders WHY you would ask that !
Your “charts” appear to be your gospel.... and your preaching insults those who have objectivity.
So when you demonstrate you will actually listen and learn then, and only then, will posters return to the forum to answer those things you wish to receive comment on.
Obviously management will also be more receptive if you adopt a more rational attitude.
We all want Bassari to succeed.
And they will.
You too will benefit.
But show respect, and patience.
