Having read all the posts I agree that this is face saving for Directors and senior management as this does nothing for long term suffering shareholders. It might flush out some better offers however I don't think we will see much action until middle of the year if then.

I would prefer they continue to source alternatives to this proposal as we don't seem have any longer term plan rather than getting this proposal done and then to say what the new direction would be after the sale.

Both copper and cobalt are in demand commodities so we should be hanging out for better offers and more strategic partners- just a quick fix this proposal seems to be IMO.
