    Hi bigads,

I am little busy over on MHL ATM but here is a short reply.

JMHO but Holloman Corporation is not going "Public" here with RMG.

If you have read my prior post will see that I have stated that IMO that what is happening is a "Reverse Takeover" where Holloman Corporation will end up being the major shareholder via Holloman Minerals and end up controlling RMG. Please see my prior posts for background information.

Also see my post on the "Reverse Takeover" of Endeavor by Holloman to give you an idea of what is happening to RMG IMHO. Endeavor is now know as "Holloman Energy" with Holloman Corp. being the largest shareholder and it's top managers controlling the management and board as directors.

Holloman's MO is to have controlling interest and it's senior people controlling the boards. This way Holloman Corp. does not become "Public" and share it's Financial Statements with its competitors. During my career I have seen this happen many times.

    I hope this helps little.

    Cheers,
    Brantley
