Fast tracking to first oil has been the norm in the past on this type of subsea completion.
Been their many times with a 40 yrs offshore Oil and Gas back ground.
Once the decision is made to start the acceleration begins in earnest to get to an income stream.
Unfortunately WPL are yet to demonstrate there capabilities in fast tracking a project, being over budget and behind time is more their style.
