If you are 100% sure with legit facts that it is a false "liquidation" why do you sell your house and get the secured creditors into the court.
The first question is what do you want? The justice? Great and go on! For your money? I wonder if you could get your money back. Actually I am 99% sure you would get nothing!
The fact is nearly all of losers blame others cheating and they enjoy to tell the story how the bad guys cheat their money away. What's a great story with the tears and sweats? I love this kind of story and could not forget my losing status and leave MBN losers alone. Haha!
