I seriously wonder most days, is a CA possible against ASIC for not doing their job & then how far it would extend if a CA could be taken against the government agency that oversees them and then i wonder how many individuals could be included in that CA? (The whole of the country?) Well its about as mindboggling as how xpe has managed/not managed all they have announced they were going to achieve!
