Yes I agree. It is one I have been watching for a while. I almost bought in the $1.80. Hopefully get in at around $1.30.
They have a very good management team and the resource is very good. The three major issues that I have with this company are:
- Ability to establish production rapidly (and cheaplyOXR already has had blowouts at Prom Hill nearby);
- Port location? and shipping means; and
- Ability to survive TO from BHP or others.
Definately one on my radar. It has the security of being in Australia, near infrastructre, other big miners nearby and potential for a much bigger resource than currently mentioned.
Extremely low MC. This could rocket once we start seeing some results (which are dure soon).
