Tesla incorporated in 2003, was a laughing stock for 5 years until they announced the roadster, some got on board and most still didn’t believe in their vision. Eventually listed on the Nasdaq at $17 in June 2010 and spent two years in the 20’s and 30’s with plenty of doubters, and then late 2013 it shot up above $100 and the rest is history.

Very rarely do disrupters have a red carpet laid out in front of them and are invited to walk the rainbow road to success.

Creating a revolutionary platform (not just a product) is only the first step, you then have to persevere as people tell you how foolish you are, and then you keep pushing forward until you make it.

Fluence are in the perfect position to benefit from the global water shortage crisis and along with it a huge opportunity in China. But the China play doesn’t have a set timeframe, all FLC can do is have the pieces in place to jump at the opening when it appears- but until then the organic growth of the RWL business is more than capable of being profitable.

FLC is less than 6 months from securing two contracts worth over US$144m, with recurring revenues on top. That is over A$180m in revenue for a company that has less than A$200m market cap.

That is the power of RWL’s business model, and believe me when I say that landing those two contracts will not only bring in upfront cash, and ongoing revenue... but the real win are the opportunities these will lead to locally in those regions (Mexico and Africa) but also globally. Potential clients will have confidence that Fluence will be able to deliver on massive projects, our brand and reputation will be up in lights.

Did I also mention SUBRE, C-MABR, Tornado and Nirobox? If you really believe/understand in the global water shortage and want to be part of something that will address this lucrative and exponentially growing market - then you can see that all these products are at the very beginning of their J-curve.
