Trying to pick the intra day/week etc is really hard because its so choppy, however steeping back and looking at the bigger picture and i think it clearly says that gold is in a strong upward long term trend.

My super fund holdings are all long term plays, i beleive that gold will acheive $1000 over the next year or so and NCM will be $50 over the next year or so.
