"The completion of the EIS process will allow a decision on construction and mine development to move ahead next year subject to financing and other approvals".
No mention of TIO2 offtake or any explanation as to why the Refinery EIS was not submitted in December as previously mentioned to shareholders. Must have been submitted I guess and we shall find out the outcome shortly....
