Many thanks for your detailed reply. I will wait to see how this develops. I would have preferred a mid to large international oil company to be involved. That would give this deal more credibility. I suspect Medina itself is more of a venture capital type biz so it pushed for an excessively generous deal.

I thought MHL got the tenements on the cheap and that the larger oil companies would be willing to pay more to access them.
