    Starting this thread for an EGM. Lets contribute if we can have participation from SH who wish to have an EGM for throwing this management out. If we SH are getting nothing why we let this management and banks to get every thing from us. Either we all get fare share of the deal or we bring this down. I am holding 1.3M shares and will vote for an EGM and vote NO to this SPA...If we get ~100M shares we can call an EGM.
