    well now it is 3.89 and Bateman's offer of 4.10 is still open isn't it ?

    Hmmm. Thats 5% right there and insufficient takers.

    Then HSP does some bizarro swap deal and "buys" 9.99% at 4.09

    Says it doesnt have voting rights, but wants to participate in the outcome. WTF does that mean exactly???
