Unless I'm reading your chart above wrong then what u say doesn't make sense as it shows a negative sentiment on the left when we went down and a positive sentiment to the right and we went up .
My point is I don't think it matters unless it is extreme like 100 or 200 above or below when then the opportunity arises to reverse without harming the portfolio .
