The MVH constitution states that at each AGM one third of the directors must resign ( apart from the managing director). Directors may then offer themselves up for election again.
Its clear from the notice of meeting that no director has resigned at this AGM. The company would therefore be in breach of its constitution.
Come on Mr Company Secretary, what is going on here?
