Top 20 shareholders have over 55% of the shares on issue. Retail investors control substantially less than 45%. The number of shares on issue have remained reasonably constant over the past 10 years. It is reasonable to conclude that the shares are quite tightly held. Hence the SP will react very well to positive news, should it occurAdditionally CountPlus isn't covered by any major broker, this share has value written all over it, caveated on management actually turning it around. Good news = great SP appreciation. Feel free to put forward an alternate view, but I'm expecting a two-bagger out of this investment decision.
