Thanks for the reminder...
I was supposed to be keeping an eye on INP and Sprigg South 1, but missed it until your post!
They make an interesting comparison to COE in relation to cash at hand, income and number of permits!
As I see it, either INP is too expensive or COE is too cheap...of course I believe the latter to be true!
