Avail: Verb (used with object) 1. to be of use or value to; profit; advantage:

Being able to Avail OR to be able to Offset your GST payments against a Permissible Credit in the GST regime is Good.

Not so easy to get approval for that, just be thankful that NSL was able to get it, or shall I say, can Avail/take advantage of it.
This is the Indian Bureaucracy, mind you having said that no different to Australian bureaucrats, the same same world over (Power & Influence) and can give you hell of a hard time and make you jump through many obstacles, if they want.

Not withstanding any of that, Good for the company & Us as shareholders, Yes?
Sales/Profit are a different issue, which time will tell and so will the SP.
