Would you just give hain a break, he is from Germany and what you are displaying is prejudice against him for this and his english literature abilities.

Email MK or something and give him your gutfull instead.
Word is, he may be focussing a bit more on Monarch after his other company standing being disputed. So lets hope MK does spend more time and focus on MON.
