Hello Goldensnapper and all Readers,
I've read somewhere that approx. 38% of the U.S.A.'s Pension Funds etc. are invested in Oil Shares etc.,therefore with the present Subprime Property Lending Problems affecting the DOW perhaps the Oil Price has been 'Juggled up' to balance the DOW to some extent.
