lol on 2nd thoughts no i still think its a ploy to push price down for insider buying at lower levels not so much the fact he sold or that i thought the numbers were the same as his options holding, but the fact they wanted to tell us so fast.
Ive often noticed they ann the change in directors holdings right at the deadline for disclosure. so wen ur stock is running y feel so compelled to issue a notice like that 1 day later wen u have whole mth to tell us.
It was critically dropped on the market and had more power on the downward trend. they could have issued it a week or 2 later. WHY??????
maybe insignificant but thats how i feel atm about it.
