ASIC states - ‘Company directors are expected to exercise the highest standards of responsibility and conduct. They are prohibited from trading in the company’s shares whilst in possession of price sensitive information which is generally not available to the public. The confidence of the investing public relies upon the integrity of the market’.
So the director selling on the 21st Nov, on face value, should not be considered to be connected with the 26th Nov announcement.
